Brief: Develop a branding campaign for a new residential complex situated within the neighborhood of Rosslyn Commons, Virginia.

Establish a unique brand personality for the highly desirable but newly developed residential building. The name ‘ROCO’ was conceived from the area’s name of ‘Rosslyn Commons’ and not only defines the building, but creates an eclectic identity for the neighborhood itself.
